Home Information Packs (HIPs)

A Home Information Pack or a HIP pack is a legal requirement and you can't market your property without one.  Liddy’s Conveyancing solicitors can arrange your HIP at competitive prices.  This means you have ownership of your HIP pack, leaving you free to instruct or change your Estate Agents without a further HIP expense. 

Your HIP pack must contain:

• A Home Information Pack Index
• A Property Information Questionnaire (PIQ)
• An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) or Predicted Energy Assessment (PEA)
• A sale statement
• Evidence of title
• Standard searches (local authority and drainage and water)
