Foot Injury from Supermarket Trolley Accident: Ensuring Compensation for Pedestrian Accidents

Published: 13th June 2024

I acted for a client who was shopping at the supermarket. Outside the store she pulled the supermarket trolley out from the trolley station, stepped back and her foot was run over by a taxi driver. Our client sustained a soft tissue injury to her foot.

A claim was made against the Taxi driver. No agreement was reached with the defendants, and court proceedings were served.

Following service of the defence, damages were agreed for £3,700.
