How have we responded to COVID-19:
Due to the recent COVID-19 epidemic and ongoing government advice our firm took the cautious decision to close our offices at midday on 17.03.20, however all of our staff continue to work remotely and it is very much business as usual for the firm!

At Liddy’s Solicitors our team is like a family and we are all very passionate about the work that we do. We are determined to continue to thrive in such difficult circumstances and will continue to provide the high standard of service you have come to expect from us.

Please be assured that all reasonable measures have been taken to ensure the security and privacy of confidential information is maintained. 

• Please be patient with us. It may take a little longer than usual to answer your calls or emails whilst staff are getting used to new systems and ways of working. 
• Please do not attempt to visit our offices. Whilst we are still open for business we have moved onto remote working and our offices will not be open to the public. You can still contact your Solicitor by telephone, email or post.
• Where possible please send correspondence electronically. As the situation develops, it may no longer be possible for staff to attend our offices and documents received by post may experience a delay in being processed.
• Please continue to recommend us to your friends, family, neighbours or anyone else you are keeping in contact with. 
• If you are requested to provide a review of our service please could you do so on as many platforms as you are able. As a small business we rely heavily upon word-of-mouth to generate new cases and build our reputation in the local community. 
• If you use social media please follow our pages on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and it would be greatly appreciated if you could like and share our content. Links to our social media can be found at the end of this email. 
• For those among you who are tech-savvy we welcome the sharing of any correspondence via email, Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox. Our correspondence will predominantly be via email or WeTransfer.
