Legal Secretary required

Legal Secretary required for small, friendly firm in Wakefield City Centre – Immediate start!!
We require a Legal Secretary with good audio typing skills for a small but expanding legal practice in the personal injury/RTA department. You will be supporting an RTA fee earner with a busy caseload and a Director.

Main responsibilities include:

  • High volume audio typing.
  • Typing Court forms.
  • Answering the phone and welcoming clients.
  • Diary management of appointments and Court dates.
  • Filing, scanning, copying and document management.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on, a good team player and flexible to cover other fee earner’s needs and be a good multi-tasker prioritising work to ensure deadlines are met.

In return, the company offer a good salary, 23 days holiday plus statutory bank holidays, contribution towards a gym membership and opportunities to progress.
