Personal Injury/RTA Secretary
Required for our Wakefield office
We require a Legal Secretary with good audio typing skills for Liddy’s Solicitors in the personal injury/RTA department. You will be supporting an RTA fee earner with a busy case load and a Director.
Main responsibilities include:
- High volume audio typing.
- Typing Court forms.
- Answering the phone and welcoming clients.
- Diary management of appointments and Court dates.
- Filing, scanning, copying and document management.
The ideal candidate should be hands-on, a good team player and flexible to cover other fee earner’s needs and be a good multi-tasker prioritising work to ensure deadlines are met.
