GP injects wrong limb, patient awarded £2,200

We acted for a Client who was undergoing pain management treatment having been referred by her GP.

She received an injection to reduce her pain, but unfortunately, the injection was given in to the wrong limb.

We settled the damages claim for £2,200.00.
